Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Revivanda Terms of Service. It explains how you may and may not use Revivanda, the customer feedback and review funnel software operated by JCerme Software Solutions. By using the service you agree to follow this policy.
Collecting feedback and requesting reviews
Revivanda helps you collect customer feedback and invite customers to share their experience on public review sites. You are responsible for following the policies of every platform you link to, including Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Healthgrades, and for following applicable law such as the FTC guidelines in the United States.
What you must not do
You agree that you will not use Revivanda to:
- Buy, sell, trade or fabricate reviews, ratings or testimonials.
- Offer money, discounts, gifts or any incentive in exchange for a review.
- Selectively suppress negative feedback in a way that misrepresents your overall reputation on a public platform, or filter which customers are allowed to post publicly in violation of a platform's rules.
- Write reviews about your own business or ask staff to post reviews as customers.
- Send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or send unlawful spam.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content.
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service, its security or other customers' data, or use the service to send malware.
- Scrape, resell or provide the service to third parties except as your own client work.
Open mode and gating
Revivanda offers an open mode that shows public review links to every customer regardless of rating. You choose how your feedback page behaves. You are responsible for choosing settings that comply with each review platform's policy. Revivanda does not write, post, edit or remove reviews and does not guarantee any rating, review count or ranking.
Messaging and consent
If you send review requests by SMS or email, you must have a lawful basis and the recipient's consent where required, include the sender identity, and honor opt-out requests promptly. You are the sender of those messages and are responsible for their content and delivery.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaks this policy or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful to others. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately when there is risk to the service, to a platform relationship or to other people.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
