Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Revivanda, the customer feedback and review funnel software operated by JCerme Software Solutions ("Revivanda", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Revivanda provides branded feedback pages, short links and QR codes, a feedback inbox, notifications and integrations. Revivanda does not write, post, edit or remove reviews on any third-party platform, and does not guarantee any rating, review count or ranking.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you collect feedback and request reviews, including compliance with the policies of Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and any other platform you link to, and with applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. You must not use Revivanda to buy, sell or fabricate reviews, to offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or to suppress or misrepresent reviews.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans are $40 per business profile per month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials are 14 days and require no card; nothing is charged unless you add a payment method.

Cancellation and data

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted, or sooner on request. There are no cancellation fees.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party review platforms, including review removal or listing suspension.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
